Ad 1 Lb. BBQ from WOLF CREEK CANYON BBQ / cover with Sweet BBQ sauce

Pour ½ cup SALSA over BBQ Meat

Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese

Garnish with Jalapenos

Bake for 10 minutes. Dallop with sour cream and SERVE.
