Brown ground chuck, add taco seasoning and garlic salt in long narrow Pyrex dish. Layer meat and then salsa. Cover with sour cream and then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Slice Velveeta approximately 1/4 inch and arrange on top of the other ingredients. Bake at 375° until golden and bubbly. Serve over chopped lettuce and garnish with diced tomatoes and chips.
Great dish for low-fat by using either venison or ground round.
