Mix together and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 min. at 350°. Cool.
Mix one 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup whipped topping.(cool whip) Spread on cooled crust. Mix 1 large lemon pudding mix with 3 cups Mayfield 2% milk. Let sit until thickened. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Put 2 cups of cool whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle nuts on top and refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving. Cover tightly. Yum!
